Who are these courses actually for?

While "Brand Ambassador" is in our name, the Academy is designed for anyone looking to level up in the drinks industry. Our curriculum is highly relevant for those working in Sales, Trade Marketing, Brand Management, and Advocacy. Whether you’re on the floor or in the office, if you represent a brand, this is for you.

How is the training delivered?

We use a hybrid approach to give you the best of both worlds. All our courses are hosted on the Expert LMS platform, providing a sleek, intuitive digital home for your learning materials. You’ll navigate through self-paced modules combined with interactive online classroom sessions led by industry experts.

How long does it take to complete the courses?

The duration depends on which level you are undertaking. While the core content is self-paced, here is a general guide on how much time to set aside:

·       BAA Level 1: Approximately 2–3 days to complete.

·       BAA Level 2: Approximately 4–5 days due to more in-depth specialist modules.

·       BAA Level 3: Approximately 7–10 days to account for advanced content and online classroom sessions.

It all depends on how much time you can dedicate to the modules and assessments. You have 90 daysfrom receiving your Expert LMS login to finish the course. We understand that everyone’s schedule is different; if you need additional support or an extension, please get in touch at [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Do I have to be online at specific times?

The core course content is self-paced, meaning you can log in and learn whenever fits your schedule. However, our online classroom modules are live, scheduled sessions. These are designed to be interactive, allowing you to discuss real-world scenarios with tutors and peers in real-time.

What exactly is Expert LMS?

Expert LMS is the industry-leading learning management system we use to host our Academy. It’s where you’ll access your videos, download your specialist tools, and track your progress. It’s mobile-friendly and built for ease of use, so you can focus on the content rather than figuring out the tech.

What do I need in order to complete the course?

To get the most out of the Academy and ensure a smooth experience on the Expert LMS, you will need:

·       Reliable internet connection: Essential for streaming video modules and accessing the platform.

·       A quiet, supportive space: Somewhere you can focus on the content without distractions.

·       Webcam & Microphone: Required for participating in the live online classroom modules.

·       A Zoom account: A free account is perfectly fine and will allow you to join the interactive sessions.

·       Pen & paper: Optional, but useful for jotting down notes and expert insights during the course.

  • BAA Level 3: £1,499.99

Yes. The Brand Ambassador Academy is a recognised CPD (Continuing Professional Development) member. This means our courses meet the high standards required for professional education.

Will I get a certificate once I’m done?

Absolutely. Upon successful completion of your course and the final assessments, you’ll receive a BAA Accredited Certificate. It’s a tangible way to prove you’ve got the specialist knowledge required in Sales, Marketing and brand representation.

What makes this different from generic Sales or Marketing training?

Most generic training focuses on broad theories that don’t always translate to the fast-paced, high-stakes environment of the drinks sector. The Brand Ambassador Academy (BAA) is the sister company of Elementary Trade Marketing, meaning our courses are built on 20+ years of actual trade marketing and sales experience within the industry.

We don’t just teach "sales", we teach mastery of trade marketing, brand management, and advocacyspecifically for the global drinks sector. You get practical tools and insights designed for real-world activations that generic courses simply can't provide.

Can I take the courses if I’m not currently working for a brand?

Yes. The Academy is open to individuals looking to break into the drinks industry or those already working who want to boost their CV. Completing a BAA course shows potential employers and brands that you are serious about the profession and already have a baseline of expert knowledge.

How do I get started?
